Our consistent thorough efforts of following each shipment from the beginning to the end allows for a proactive approach rather than a reactive approach to problems. Addison Transportation has over 12,000 carriers under contract. Through the use of the government website www.safersys.org we monitor each carrier’s authority, safety rating and insurance.
I am certain the success of Addison Transportation is attributable to the personal touch we do in handling every load. We take nothing for granted in the problematic shipping industry making sure we confirm all appointments and product availability on every load before we dispatch a driver to pick up a load. We do not have voice mail at work and most calls are answered by an operational staff member on the first few rings. We try very hard to resolve each and every problem promptly.
